Barretts Courts (Pty Ltd)cc was established in 1931. There are 10 other long established franchise holders within South Africa alone, and there are franchises in Namibia, Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Kenya, Malawi, Mauritius, and the Seychelles.

The Barretts Surfacing system has, and is, being applied in Britain, Spain, France, Israel, Portugal, Brazil and Canada.

Our main business activity is the supply of Barretts Ready-Mix Surfacing Material. All of our surfacing materials are manufactured under licence, with strict quality control, by GenKem/Qualichem. Barretts is continuously improving on their existing products, and are always looking to incorporate new technologies so that they benefit the consumer.

Our surfaces have been used to create the walkways at venues such as Ellis Park, and the golf-cart tracks for, amongst others, the Lost City golf course.

Exporting to Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Kenya, Malawi, Zaire, Mauritius, Seychelles, Maldives and Indian ocean Islands and Israel.
